Returns

Change of Mind
We want you to be 100% satisfied with your muddlarks® purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you are welcome to return your muddlarks® item/s within 14 days of receipt of purchase for a refund.
All returns must be in original unused condition with tags intact. Please include a copy of the original tax invoice with the returned item/s. Return postage is at the customer’s expense.
Refunds are for the item amount at the time of purchase and are credited to your original method of payment. Please contact us for muddlarks® returns address.
To make an exchange, simply place a new order online once you have returned the unwanted item/s.

Faulty or Damaged Goods
If you believe your muddlarks® purchase is faulty or incorrect on receipt, please contact us. We will assess each case and if the item is found to be faulty or incorrect, we will replace the item.
If a replacement is unavailable, a refund for the item amount at the time of purchase, including any shipping costs charged will be credited to your original method of payment.
If an item is deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear from use or misused for its purpose, it will not be accepted as being faulty and no replacement or refund will be offered.

Product Availability

If you wish to purchase a particular item that is showing ‘Out of stock’, please contact us with your query and we will be able to advise you if and when it may become available again for you to purchase.

Colour Reproduction

muddlarks® makes every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on our Website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor/screen, we cannot guarantee that your monitor/screen’s display of any colour will be accurate.

Cancelations

If you have changed your mind and wish to cancel your order please advise us immediately after making your purchase.
